Unfortunately Adaptec's legal department contacted me about distributing
ForceASPI, and I am forbidden from doing so. I have found an alternate
solution to my ASPI problems now anyway.
Ahead (
http://www.ahead.de) make their ASPI layer freely available. Simply
download the .dll from their website and copy it in the the same directory
as the program which requires ASPI. Works great, tested with CD-R programs,
CD-Rippers, DVD-Rippers, etc.... No problems.
I won't be doing another version of ForceASPI but I will document the Ahead
ASPI work around when I re-launch my site in a couple of weeks :-)
