1. Delete the complete EAC Folder
2. Delete EAC Registry Settings
3. UnInstall current ASPI Layer
4. Check in explorer if your CD drives are be assigned drive letters by Windows ... which is needed for the "native NT/2000 Interface"
5. ReInstall ASPI (I use 4.60) or VOB ASAPI after ReBoot
6. ReInstall EAC ... now configuration should work

probably you have messed up your system with more than one burning application ... e.g. Nero and Easy CD Creator are not harmonizing that well ... if that's the case try uninstalling the burning applications as well
