I just recently got a new computer at work and it's a Win200 OS. I also have to have admin rights to install new software (but I can sort of get around that since I backed up a bunch of software before the migration and I can just drag and drop stuff from the back-up cdr to the program files folder).
Anyway, I tried all the tricks mentioned above as well as the steps mentioned in the FAQ and nothing works. The best I get is that when I click on the EAC icon nothing happens at all. So I can't even get into the options menu to change the interface.
I tried the VOB ASAPI but I got an error message when trying to install it.
I downloaded the latest EAC and it installs fine but as I said above it won't open.
Is there a way to set the options without opening up EAC?
Does anybody have any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Iver
