Hi, I'm ripping a CD with EAC to MPC and EAC doesn't create a m3u playlist although the option is checked. I'm using the RTM version of Windows 7 x64. Never used to have a problem in Windows XP.

I've installed EAC into C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\EAC\ on my Win7 x64 Professional RTM machine, and since then it's working all fine. Please try to move your EAC install dir to this location and retry.

Hi,
Do have the same problem. Checked the options (EAC XP-Installation = EAC Win7 (64-bit)-Installation). No playlist under Win7! ![]() Is this a specific problem for an Win7 64-bit machine? Any solutions? |

You need to run EAC as administrator on Win7 if you have EAC enabled.

I am also having issues with Windows 7 64bit. I tried running as admin but no luck. Maybe we need a new build.

Do have made the following changes... creates a playlist... don't know the exact reason why it works...
![]() 1. start eac as admin 2. let eac create a new directory before ripping (see EAC settings) 3. make sure that under tools adding of id3-tag isn't activated (see EAC comp) Hope it will also work for you! |

Not sure about this.
I had the problem running WinXP... After days of using google I've read a post that there are two options that you cannot use together with eac... Just have not bookmarked it... As I do have to say, there is a way to get playlists using eac and Win7 64-bit. Isn't there one of this PC-gurus around here? Hope that you can get it solved. |
