Hallo zusammen,

aufgrund der derzeitigen undurchsichtigen rechtlichen Lage der Forenbetreiber ist das Lesen und Schreiben von Beiträgen nur für registrierte User möglich.

Hintergrund: In einem Urteil des LG Hamburg http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/89348
werden Forumbetreiber rechtlich so gestellt, als würde sich ein Forum "...um ein journalistisch-redaktionell gestaltetes Angebot im Sinne des neu geschaffenen Paragrafen 54 des Rundfunkstaatsvertrages (RStV)" handeln.

Der Forumbetreiber haftet also für alle Einträge im Forum. Abmahnvereine stehen schon Gewehr bei Fuss und warten auf Fehltritte von Usern, die möglicherweise unbeabsichtigt eine falsch zu verstehende Aussage machen...

Wir überlegen an einer Lösung des Problems und bitten Euch hier unser Vorgehen zu respektieren und uns treu zu bleiben. Eine Lösung ist in Sicht

because of the current obscure German legal restrictions for registered holders of a forum, the reading and writing is allowed only for registrated Users.

History: in a court decision of the LG Hamburg http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/89348 holders of German forums are set as they would provide a "journalistic-editorial styled choice" in terms of §54 of the Rundfunkstaatsvertrag (RStV)"
The holder of a German forum is by that responsible for all threads in the forum. A lot of people stand by the side to write cease and desist letters, which cost a lot of money.

We are looking for a makable answer for that problem. Please respect our restrictions, an answer is in sight...

die Standard-Sprache des Forums wurde auf Englisch gesetzt. Wer das nicht so haben will muss sich einloggen und folgenden Link folgen:

Ganz unten kann man dann als Sprache Deutsch auswählen.

At the bottom of the site you can change the language to German.
